Ports, earpiece, bottom speaker ports had plenty of grime from pockets and the usb-c port needed cleaned out before cables would securely click in. Those were the ONLY issues and not bad at all. Phone cleaned up really nicely (aside from the advertised scratches and scuffs). Phone works great on Cricket and battery is fine after the new version of Android finally adapted. Overall satisfied and happy with the sale.

Got the phone within a reasonable amount of time, but surprise surprise the seller sends the wrong usb cable. Pretty glaring problem, but I will let it slide because I doubt the seller would be eager to rectify what some would consider a "small issue". Be aware that the seller will most likely send the wrong cable to make a quick buck.
