First phone did not work (bad USB port). Communication was a little slow as "Gadget" stated that the Swappa emails were going to spam. Once communication was fixed, a new phone was shipped immediately. I feel comfortable purchasing from Gadget again.

The phone was ok for about a month. The condition on the site was overstated as there were dead pixels in the corner but was listed as 'good' condition. The screen stopped working 34 days after purchase by no fault of my own and they refused to do anything about it.

Phone was just as the post described

Received phone in described condition. Was having difficulty hearing from the earpiece. Then a day later the phone seized to work. No charging, no boot: nothing. Fortunately, I contacted the seller and a return and refund was arranged immediately. It was unfortunate that the phone didn't work. I really wanted it. Nevertheless, I am extremely satisfied with the transaction. The seller was courteous and prompt. Would recommend.

I told the seller I was having problems with the phone. The seller did not take the time to find out what was going on. Instead, they told me there was no problem. When my carrier couldn't connect the phone, they told me to switch carriers! It turned out that the phone was under factory warranty, so I used that to get the phone replaced.

The phone is fine and appears in mint condition as advertised. However the included Amazon charge block arrived damaged and the USB cable cannot be inserted into it. It appears to have been crushed somehow, but the box it arrived in was not damaged. I will include a photo. This is not a big problem for me as I have plenty of chargers, but it is the reason I am not giving a higher rating.

The vendor granted me a $5 credit for the damaged charger so I have changed my star rating from 3 stars to 4 stars.

The phone arrived faster than expected. Despite a minor blemish in one corner which was not unexpected the phone is in excellent condition. I would definitely purchase from this buyer again.

Packaging could have been a bit better. Phone was bubble wrapped, but was able to bounce around in the box.

Included charger was 5W max, but the phone uses up to 15W.
