Better than expected

The phone is in good working condition as advertised (at a great price), but the customer service is what really shines. I had a slight problem with the initial shipment and this seller was prompt, courteous, and did everything in their power to make sure I was absolutely satisfied with the phone at no extra cost. I received the item, there is a crack in the screen. This was not noted on the description of item.

After several weeks of testing, the battery is confirmed nearly dead. My son used it only with a mobile charger as the phone would die quickly within an hour of use. Disappointed but I am not going to ask for a refund. I'll just try to trade this device in.

The phone is in better condition than expected! No scratches or chips at all and it works like it's brand new. I am really impressed with this seller. Definitely recommend! I also received the phone in 3 days.

The seller sent the wrong phone. I returned the phone as instructed, but was not reimbursed for the mailing and insurance cost. I've asked the seller to do so more than once, but have not received the reimbursement.

I got the phone but it was not mint condition as advertised. The audio jack did not work and the phone had glitches, Google Assistant would pop up every few seconds. The seller wanted me to take the phone in, they said it was under warranty but the shop where I took said it wasn't. Another option was to refund about half of what I paid to keep it "as is", really?? After many emails back and forth, I was able to send it back to exchange the phone and the second one is working fine. This was too many headaches to figure out and time running around. Not sure I feel confident buying from them again but as I said the second phone has been perfect. Proceed with caution!
