Great phone in great condition. Had issues before but seller corrected them. Will do business again

At first, I was skeptical of Swappa just like whoever reading this review is. But after doing some digging and researching on the internet, I realized how safe it is to buy from Swappa. I am really satisfied with the phone I bought. I couldn't tell it was used just by looking at it. Very good quality, highly recommend. The only drawback is that the battery is slightly worn.

Shipped and arrived quickly. Seller is courteous, but item did not come in the described "mint" condition. Had phone issues eight away and had to take in the phone for warranty; logic board and microphone issues had to be fixed. Seller was responsive but only gave the courtesy of a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery.

First device they sent was defective. They were responsive and said they would send out a replacement when I sent back the defective one. They wouldn't pay for the return shipping which I believe they should have since the first device was defective. I did eventually get a replacement that did work.

Phone works great on Verizon. Data connection was very unreliable on Tmobile. It would drop the data signal every 10 minutes or so.
