Phone had a small nick on the bottom of the phone near the charging port, so not mint condition like listing said. But the screen had zero scratches which was what I needed, so I'll keep it. Should have been listed good condition instead of mint.

Phone works as advertised. Bezel wear comment is a bit dishonest though this phone has multiple bezel spots that look and feel like it was dropped without a case. It is what it is though I guess since the phone will live in a case anyways.

The phone looks as described and everything seems to be in working condition.

The screen has very noticeable burn in.

The device was received in great condition. However I experienced two issues. One being that the device was not factory reset before shipping. When I powered the device on I was not taken through the set up process. I had to factory reset it myself. Two, the S Pen packaged with the device was not authentic. It did not function as it should and would not even connect to the phone. After replacing it with an official Samsung S Pen everything was fine. There were several glaring differences when comparing the two S pens.

Delivery was quick, and the phone is most certainly as the post described. It works great and I'm glad I was able to get such a good deal. The only negative thing I could say about it is that it seems to get rather warm pretty quickly, although I'm not sure if that's to do with the condition it was sold in or if that's just how these phones generally are, so I won't count that against it. All in all, the purchase was super quick and easy and I am very satisfied with what I received.

Seller charged restocking fee for phone that did not support MetroPCS. I explained to the seller that even though t-mobile network was recognized, it did not allow my sim to connect to the network. The phone also did not recognize network HNI for metroPCS.
