The iPhone arrived in a timely fashion and was in great condition, but it cannot be used on the network carrier that I bought it for. It’s not Verizon compatible, so now, I’m back to where I started.....searching for another iPhone!!

No cable, device seems to run hot with my current USB cable; otherwise looks fine though a fine quality iphone 6 was better quality in terms of cosmetic scratches than this good quality s7.

When requesting a return within the return period, 2 weeks from delivery, seller replied “why didn’t you mention anything until now?”. Not a service response I expected from a seller describing themselves as “We are a corporate seller with hundreds of positive reviews on Swappa”. The phone was damaged at our own hands before the process went further. It would have been interesting to see if they honored their own return policy. Not a negative review just not the best customer service in my experience.

Phone was as advertised and worked upon receiving it. However the phone quit working after approximately 30 days. Contacted the seller to see if they could work with me on the issue and the only response was it was outside their 14 day return window.

iPad will not download the IOS update needed in order for me to use this item. Not compatible with my needs. Need to return

Packaging was open and tablet had scratches.

The watch is ok. Gifted to my son. The stated scratch was little deeper that it is almost a crack. Can be felt when swiping on the screen. Son put casing with screen protector on it he wants to keep. Delivered on date expected.

I like this phone a lot but I was under the impression this phone would work with mint mobile but it needs to be unlocked first. Is there any why I can get it unlocked so I can fully use it?

The iPhone works as advertised, but there was some damage that wasn't pictured or mentioned. The top left of the phone has a significant gash, and the back camera's glass is cracked. (Doesn't affect camera quality as of now)

Happy with the phone, good battery health and running very well. Seller was quick to respond and send the accessories when they did not arrive with the phone.
Phone is in great condition, but should not have been listed as "mint". Definitely can see where the old cover was and the lack of a previous screen protector.

The device was in perfect condition and the shipping was fast.

Phone was not erased and reset.

Original phone came broken set me another phone touch screen sucks on it really hard to push doesn't do what you wanted to do the only thing good about this whole situation was the fast shipping but packaging for shipping really sucks not happy
