I received a phone with defective SIM card reader (verified by Verizon). I promptly shipped the phone back (at my own expense) and provided seller with tracking number and signature confirmation. Apparently seller is never home to sign for the package and doesn't want to go to post office to pick it up. Not a lot of help from SWAPPA as well. Consider other seller when buying,

Phone is great and in very good condition

Product is as described. Vendor worked well with me via messaging when usps site was not updated for shipping or delivery. Body was exactly as described but screen did have some burn in. I noticed it when REALLY examining the screen under certain apps. It's not a deal breaker but for those who are nitpicking I guess that's something. Very good product nonetheless.

Update: Seller was very professional in dealing with the broken phone and accepted the return with no problems. Seller refunded the price of the phone and the shipping. The seller offered a similar phone as a replacement, but it was not the model I was interested in. The phone (AT&T Galaxy S6) is great. However, there were 2x very small scratches on the screen. Screen was not "perfect" as it was advertised to be. They're not noticeable in day-to-day usage, but "perfect" should equal "perfect". I would still purchase from this seller again!

Phone activated with Verizon with no problems BUT the Motorola warranty was not full 12 months as advertised- only goes thru Oct 2017 which is probably 12 months from when it was bought. I do not feel this should be advertised as full 12 month warranty when it is not -aside from that, everything seems okay so far.
