postman screwed up delivery, seller re-sent immediately after receipt

I guess my only criticism of this process is the PayPal requirement to pay. It took way too long to complete the transaction. Other than that, the device seems to work fine.

Got the phone quickly and in good condition but that was just the start of my problems.
Within 4 months my phone got locked by rent-a-center, for which Motoal basically told me to sort it out myself with rent-a-center. It took me over a month to get that issue resolved, when my phone conked off. All this within 6 months of buying it, all my money down the drain, will never buy a phone from Motoal again.

This seller was fast to respond to any inquiries I had throughout the whole process. Phone arrived quickly and seller provided a tracking number. Unfortunately, I did experience a minor setback, the phone I received showed the water damage indicator sticker as being affected and even though the phone still operated fine, I was concerned that I may experience some damage later down the line. But the seller quickly cleared the issue and supplied me with another phone which met all the standards expected. I still rate this seller with 4 out of 5 stars, because even though I experienced this minor setback preventing the deal from processing 100% smoothly, I would still come back to this seller for my next phone because he responded in a timely and professional manner.
