Original phone I ordered had a broken part. I contacted the seller and they immediately offered to either replace the broken part or have me ship the phone back and replacement phone for the same price. The seller paid for the returning shipping, refunded me, and shipped the new phone in a timely manner. Very good seller they made it right, I would definitely order from them again.

Phone arrived quickly in absolutely mint condition. Activated and works perfectly!

Phone shipped fast and was mint. Took one star off because the phone was packed in an open ended bubble wrap sleeve. The phone had slipped out in the box. The packaging could use a little more buffer inside the box to keep the device safe in transit. Also there was an email address still logged into the account, the phone needed another factory restore, but this was no big deal.

Overall I'm happy with the seller and the purchase. Most likely will buy from them again.

Great business, communication was great and quick to answer questions and resolve any issues you might have. Highly recommend this seller!

The good - the phone got here on time and quickly.
The bad - the phone was completely unusable. It did not hold charge, it did not have a sim card, it did not bring a charger, and finally it was overheating. As soon as I would take the phone of the charger it would just immediately shut down the phone. This phone was defective.

Seller performed admirably and resolved issue quickly.

The device arrived promptly, but in minimal packaging, covered in what looked like beard trimmings and with an errant hair sticking out of the SIM slot, and with a screen that flickered/glitched if it worked at all.

Suffice to say, I immediately asked what the return process was.

The seller's response? To say the hair was, "kinda gross yet funny in a way," then try to pawn me off on Motorola to do an RMA. "I've used the motorola warranty claims once before on my personal phone and they were great!!! They even shipped me an upgraded 64GB model from my 32GB phone I sent in!!!"

Even after making it clear I wanted to return the phone, it took two business days to get the return shipping name and address confirmed.

The only good thing I can say about this transaction is that Swappa and PayPal stepped in and help make things right. If I have any advice, it's follow their dispute procedures. They're there for a reason, and they're great.
