Any order that is not as described, has functional problems, issues with activation, etc. will be provided a free return label at sellers expense. Buyer has 30 days from the date they received their order to start the return process.

If not returned within 30 days of submitting return request and being provided the label, we cannot accept the return

Hey I been trying order this phone but it keep saying my card is declined when my card is unlocked

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.

From what we can see, other sales seem to be processing without any issues, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with our site.
