The One-Year Limited Warranty on Swappa is provided directly by the seller, not by Swappa itself. This warranty applies only to products explicitly listed with the warranty offer at the time of purchase.

Swappa has selected vetted businesses sellers to partner with for our warranty program. These are well established businesses that have the testing and equipment to offer a warranty that meets our requirements.

• Only listings marked as having a "One-Year Limited Warranty" are covered.
• Swappa acts as a trusted marketplace but is not the provider or administrator of the warranty.
• The warranty provider (the seller) is responsible for handling all valid claims, including repairs, replacements, or refunds.
