My driver didn’t pick up my item, what do I do?


Deliveries are scheduled between 9 AM and 9 PM, 7 days a week, including holidays. Items will be picked up the same day before 5 PM and delivered within 4 hours or less.

If you signal you’re ready for the item to be picked up after 5 PM that day, it will be picked up the following day. We will send you notifications when a driver is on the way and when it is delivered.

If the driver hasn’t picked up the item within this timeframe, please reach out to our 24/7/365 support team at help@swappa.com. Swappa actively monitors pickups and deliveries, and we’ll contact you if there are any issues or delays, such as inclement weather.
