What should I do if a seller isn't responding to a buyer on Swappa?


In most cases, sellers respond within a few hours, but we ask that you allow up to 24 hours for standard sellers to reply, or a full business day for Enterprise (Business) sellers to reply.

If you leave a comment for the seller, and they do not respond, the next step should be to contact Swappa support.
