Does Swappa allow sellers to charge a restocking fee?


Here on Swappa, sellers are permitted to charge a reasonable restocking fee in buyer's remorse situations when a device is shipped and returned or the buyer wishes to cancel the device before shipping. However, this reasonable restocking fee must be clearly mentioned in a seller's listing description in order to be charged. Swappa does not allow restocking fees when not clearly advertised on a listing page before purchase.
