What about the Samsung Note 7 battery recall?

We are aware of the large recall made by Samsung. Currently we have had no choice but to halt all Note 7 listings on Swappa until more information is officially released.

If you have purchased a Samsung Note 7 on Swappa, we advise reaching out to the seller and inquire if they have been supplied with recall and replacement information. We advise buyer and seller work together to find a resolution such as a return or working to get a replacement via Samsung if possible.
