When will my shoe order ship?

Sneaker orders on Swappa are shipped directly from seller to buyer. There is no 3rd party location involved in the shipping process so you receive your sneakers faster; often in a few business days once shipped. We can offer direct shipping from the seller because we use app-based authentication.

We expect sellers to ship your sneaker purchase within two business days of completed payment provided the authentication process has been completed.
