What happens when the sneakers I receive aren't what I expected?
If you receive a pair of sneakers that aren’t what you expected, the first step is reaching out to the seller by leaving them a comment on the private sale page. You can find a link to the private sale page on the My Purchases page.
The sale page comment section is where you can discuss the sale with the seller and resolve any issues.
Leave a comment for the seller on the sale page and you should receive a response from the seller within 24 hours or the next business day. If you don’t receive a response from the seller within that time frame, contact Swappa support by leaving a staff-flagged comment on the sale page or emailing [email protected]
