Devices that are locked by any software limitations cannot be listed for sale on Swappa.

Common software locks include:

• Apple devices that are locked via iCloud or MDM
• Android devices that are locked via Android Factory Reset Protection
• Windows devices that are locked via Microsoft's Find My Device
