Please follow the steps below to Powerwash a Chromebook:

• Sign in to your Chromebook.
• Click the status area, where your account picture appears.
• Click Settings > Show advanced settings.
• In the "Powerwash" section, click Powerwash.

Please follow the steps below to return your Chromebook to the Stable channel:

To check which channel you're using

• Click the status area, where your account picture appears.
• Click Settings > About Chrome OS.
• An "About" window will open with your version number and channel.

To return to the Stable channel

• Sign in to your Chromebook with the owner account.
• Click the status area, where your account picture appears.
• Click Settings > About Chrome OS > More info....
• Click the Change channel... button.
• Click on Stable
