How do I cancel a sale as a buyer?

To request cancellation as a buyer: Leave a comment on the sale page asking the seller if they are willing to cancel the sale and issue a refund. Please note that Swappa considers all purchases to be final and binding, and sellers are not obligated to refund due to a decision change.

Please also keep in mind that issuing a refund may result in PayPal’s seller fee being withheld per PayPal policies. In cases where a seller agrees to a buyer’s cancellation request, the seller may adjust the refund amount to cover the fee.
