Arrived on time. Worked properly.

I've been asking for the tracking number for almost a month and they never gave me an answer. The watch hasn't arrived and they supposedly say they ship it 2 or 3 business days after the purchase and no one answers me. I'd like to know who I have to talk to in order to get an answer if there's any kind of refund or what I can do about the issue.

If I need to, I would definitely use the site again, but my overall experience with the seller wasn't great. This whole Purchase took way too long to complete due to the seller. Swappa was great, very responsive.

Claimed watch was fully functional and tested. Watch had a bad battery with battery capacity at 74%, seller just claimed it was because it was 'an older model' ignoring Swappa's policy of requiring Apple products at less than 80% to be divulged. Would not make any concessions. Avoid this seller. Forced to pay the $100 fee at Apple to replace defective battery or wear a useless rock that didn't last half a day.
