Purchased a Pixel 10a that should have been unlocked, but instead was locked to xfinity mobile. The time to refund vs the time to shipping the initial purchased was disproportionate in my opinion. However, I was refunded none the less and will seek to do business elsewhere. No harm, no foul.

Apple Pencil is still locked to the previous owner’s account. Please help.
