If I need to, I would definitely use the site again, but my overall experience with the seller wasn't great. This whole Purchase took way too long to complete due to the seller. Swappa was great, very responsive.

Claimed watch was fully functional and tested. Watch had a bad battery with battery capacity at 74%, seller just claimed it was because it was 'an older model' ignoring Swappa's policy of requiring Apple products at less than 80% to be divulged. Would not make any concessions. Avoid this seller. Forced to pay the $100 fee at Apple to replace defective battery or wear a useless rock that didn't last half a day.

The phone came with a bad USBC port and broken pen . The phone was not TMobile but a MetroPC phone. That made it harder to unlock and use.
I wish seller would have stated Metro not TMobile and should have tested the full functionality - including USBC charge and state the pen is broken.
