Seller did refund due to screen having lots of micro scratches. Suggest extra vigilance on pictures. Otherwise a reasonable refund experience.

The item came, and was poorly packaged. But everything is functional, and the device runs perfectly.
There was 0 communication from the seller throughout the entire process- which, as a buyer, made me a little nervous.
