Poor service from the seller. I was shipped two defective phones: first, one that barely turned on, and then one with defective ear speakers and headphone connection. Turnaround was extremely slow and it took over three months from the first check in with the seller to the final issue of a refund for the 2nd replacement phone. The third phone seems to be working so far.

Seller shipped phone quickly and without issue. I am giving 4 stars because the device was listed as "BRAND NEW/MINT CONDITION", but it appears to be an Asurion refurbished phone. While the phone is indeed in mint condition and works great, I feel it is better described as "like new" than "brand new". Despite this, I would do business with the seller again.

Had great customer service from seller and quick response since I had to return the device and got a full refund, fast shipping too.

However, I have to remove 2 star for the following reason: Device was not in mint condition as advertised. Had heavy use, noted by the dirty headphone and charging ports. Additionally, the SIM tray notch and mute button were dented. Lastly, phone comes with charger and lightning cable but those are definitely not Apple official (look at the build and logos, etc.) so it poses a safety and long term reliability risk. Conclusion would be to be extra careful in advertising condition and best not to provide accessories unless it is official for safety and reliability risks.
