First off, the device I received had internal difficulties. I sent it back to the seller only to have my replacement mailed to a completely different state! The entire process took weeks. I received the Galaxy S4 earlier than expected. The phone and accessories was neatly and securely wrapped for the transport. The phone is in good condition as described. I checked the wifi and GPS and they work fine. I was able to get it activated very quickly on Ting without any issue. When I contacted the seller about the tracking number, I was able to get a reply immediately. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with the purchase.
