This was a great phone for a few days, until I experienced an unresponsive touchscreen numerous times. This only remedied by pulling the battery. The lights and sound still worked... just not the screen. It would freeze and shut off, not to turn back on. I will not continue to have to do that each time this happens from this "almost mint" phone! As of tonight now, I am now dealing with a new issue. A lovely yellow screen (of death, so I read). Even restarting/battery pull does not fix this at this point. I am going to try a factory reset in hopes it will go away until i get a new phone. I luckily was able to catch this on video and in photos for proof. Seller states I can get a replacement once I send this one back but, this means I will be out an almost $300 phone for another week plus I am sure I have to pay for the return label out of pocket. Not only will I be losing business from not having a phone, my children to contact me from camp... not overly happy at this point!

Received the phone very quickly. There were no apparent scratches, blemishes or signs of use. After receiving, I was unable to update to the latest version of Android OS. Nelda offered to take the phone back and assist with the upgrade. A few days later I had the phone back again in perfect working order with the most current Android OS. Thank you very much Nelda!! I would definitely buy from seller again!

Had a few issues with damage during shipping, but the seller communicated well and sent a replacement promptly. A+ service!
