I bought two "New Replacement" phones from this seller. One worked, the other was defective. It took two days plus a Swappa employee to get a response. The prepaid label wasn't enough to cover the cost. Also when I asked if there was a device ready to be sent once my arrived I was told there was, only to find out that they took a few days to "fix" the "unused defective" phone and sent me the same one. My guess is these are refurbished. I will not use this seller again.
