Pretty fast shipping. Ordered Friday, received device next Wednesday. Product was listed as Mint Condition, however there are notable scratches on the screen that was not noted in description listing nor shown in pictures. I would have expected the screen to be at least pristine condition. Other than that, really good looking device with little nicks on the sides. Everything has been functional so far.

The iPhone 5s arrived in a reasonable time, well packaged. After waiting, a while at the AT&T store to get my sim card, the phone has been operating GREAT for the 1st day.
I'm using the phone to set an alarm for 3 weeks. If I'm still happy, I'm switching my 4-stars to 5-stars then! Thanks Nick B.

Return & Refund Policies

Warranty/Returns:
1. Each device comes with 60 day warranty from date of received against any kind of manufactures defect.
2. This warranty does not cover any kind of physical damage such as cracks or liquid damage.
3. We do not accept returns for any reason other than if the item has issues upon arrival. Especially buyers remorse. We pay return shipping for items with issues. Please contact is through Swappa comments. If buyer claims issue with the device to circumvent no returns and item is found to have no issue, you will be reported to Swappa and Paypal. A restocking fee of up to 50% will apply based on current market value of device. Please do not cheat us as we are not cheating you.
4. Change of address after purchase is not allowed. If you want change of address after purchase, you will need a refund first minus PayPal fee. Paypal charges a processing fee and PayPal does not refund this fee in any case no matter what. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT THE FIRST TIEM TO AVOID PAYPAL'S 2.7% FEES. :)
