Unfortunately, the phone I received was not as described, and it caused me to be inconvenienced for almost 2 weeks without a phone. Not sure what happened on sellers end.
Thankfully, seller did refund my payment in full.
I got this phone for my daughter. It arrived very quickly and she is very happy with it!

The phone screen stopped working around six weeks after purchase. I took the phone to the apple store for repair. The tech at Apple told me the after market screen was super glued on, the camera lense has fingerprints on the INSIDE and the phone was missing one of two clips that hold some of the wires in place. The seller offers no warranty, which I unfortunately did not notice. I won't buy from them again.
This phone came quickly and looks brand new. It acts new as well. Their customer service is really quick and helped me when I had some issues. I would buy from this seller again. Thanks!

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days from the day you receive the device, based on the tracking delivery date.
• Items will be exchanged for any functionality issues reported within the 30-day period. In case of return, please allow us 2 business working days to inspect the device before issuing a replacement or refund.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart), a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.
• The warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart) or damaged externally or internally by the purchaser.
• Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept returns solely due to the presence of replacement parts.
Please note that any functional problems should be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
