Deal Depot was professional throughout the sale and troubleshooting of the phone I bought from them. I appreciated how promptly they always replied to my inquiries, even at odd hours. Ultimately, the phone they sent did not end up working properly, but they worked to resolve the issue.

Received the phone in a timely manner. Their was a random case in the box that didn't fix the phone. Phone had quite a bit of dings on the outside but appeared to function. My daughter's birthday is today and we setup the phone but the rear camera will not work. Kinda disappointed as this was something my daughter wanted and I'd think that the rear camera would function.

Update: sent the old phone back in. They sent a prepaid shipping label. Another phone was sent out and this phone looks better and everything is working great. We did notice a not genuine apple screen but the quality of the screen is great. The vendor also discloses this info on the sellers page. Thank you again for helping quickly get things sorted out.
