Initially, I received the incorrect product (86% battery phone vs the 98% battery phone I purchased). After I reached out Swappa (with a couple of photos), the seller was quick to respond and resolve the issue. He acknowledged the incorrect product was sent to me and sent me a shipping label to send back the product. Once the phone was received, the correct phone was shipped to me, along with a complimentary charging cord and phone case. All in all, the issue was resolved in about a week and a half, with the seller communicating with me every step of the way. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The phone works great - received with a proper factory reset, unscratched camera, etc.
