Phone died after less than a year as far as I can tell due to a battery issue. It continually restarts until the battery is drained with no opportunity to fix the issue

The phone was NOT in "mint" condition as the seller stated. The screen of the phone was faulty, (too sensitive when scrolling, not responsive enough when texting, and I could not move app icons around in the main display.) Luckily I contacted Google support and the phone was under warranty for three more weeks. So I scrambled to a UbreakIfix store and they replaced the screen for free. NOW it works well.

It started about a month ago. The phone will randomly reboot while I am in the middle of doing something. I have tried to remove apps, watch the battery usage, reboot often, etc. I know that the phone is out of your warranty period but just wanted to share my experience.

The phone I received had issues with the microphone as well as what seemed to be other internal issues, but I didn't have it long enough to be sure. I had to return within a week and they did refund me the full amount but needing a phone and waiting and buying screen protectors and cases only to end up with a phone that doesn't function correctly and needs to be returned is super frustrating not to mention a waste of time and resources. Very unhappy with this experience.

Battery 82% makes charger plug in sound about every 30 seconds while plugged in not a great used phone but quick shipping

Seller told us if we bought the expedited shipping they could get us the item overnighted and have it next day. The next day was a weekend and UPS said the seller did not select weekend delivery so it wasn't delivered till Monday. Would not have bought it if they could not get it to us by Sunday being that it was a gift. I would have purchased elsewhere.

Cannot get the ECG heart monitor to work. What should I do?

The phone works, but the battery is showing a question mark, Google says that means the battery hardware is damaged and needs to be replaced. So the phone stays at 50% battery life and shuts off randomly. Can't seem to get in touch with the seller. No one answers the phone. UPDATE, the phone is LOCKED. AT&T won't unlock it because the phone still shows to be on someone's account. Beware of this seller.

IMPORTANT: PayPal policies require sellers to ship to the address provided to us by Swappa/PayPal. PLEASE make sure your address is correct before you order. If we have to cancel the order due to an invalid address, we may charge a 4% restocking fee.

All Orders are ship within 1 business day! We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

If you encounter any issues with the phone you receive, please contact us promptly. We strive to respond by the end of the next business day. For messages sent on Friday to Sunday, we will respond by the end of Monday. Please note that during holidays, our response times may be longer.

RETURN POLICY:
We provide a 30-day return window. To ensure timely resolution, please inspect the device upon receipt. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. For buyer's remorse or order cancellations, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping costs and fees. Contact us for approval and return instructions. We will provide a return shipping label.

WARRANTY:
We offer a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturer defects. This warranty ensures that your device is free from any defects in materials or workmanship. If you encounter any issues related to manufacturing defects within the 30-day period, please contact us for assistance. Our dedicated team will be happy to help resolve the issue and provide the necessary support.

DEVICE RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these device return requirements. Before returning the phone, log out of all accounts, disable Find My iPhone, and remove passwords, Face ID/Touch ID, and passcodes. Additionally, perform a factory reset to erase all personal data and settings, and make sure the device is powered off. Please return any included accessories, if applicable. Failure to unlock the phone or meet these requirements may impede the return process.

PROPER PACKAGING & CONDITION:
Please securely package the phone to prevent damage during transit. The returned phone must be the same device sent to you and in the same condition. For instance, if you received a mint condition phone, it must be returned in mint condition. Damaged devices may result in up to a 50% deduction from the refund due to value degradation
