Phone was just as described, but I had a very difficult time activating it with Verizon. Initially they told me that it wasn't compatible with their network, but then, after much convincing they relented, and activated it. They never could fully explain why it wouldn't activate at first. It's a great phone and has been working well for a week now.

All orders ship within 2 business days.
We ship through USPS First Class Mail (4-5 days), however if you do require it faster, please let us know, as Priority Mail services are available for an additional fee. Changes to shipping information that would void seller protection will need to follow Swappa Address Change Policy.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you have received a product that is not in the condition or functionality as described, please send us a message within 30 days, so that we can solve the issue. We offer either a refund or replacement, depending on our current inventory volume. We offer free return shipping on all purchases. Devices must be returned within 14 days of notification.
