We ordered Thursday p.m., was shipped by seller on Monday, but took until Friday for order to arrive... thankfully, we knew it was on the way because the seller provided us a tracking number. Just opened and everything is exactly as described with included accessories... so far it all looks great! Turning on the phone now, hopefully it's 100% functional and in full working order as listed too! Thanks again!!!

All orders ship within 2 business days.
We ship through USPS First Class Mail (4-5 days), however if you do require it faster, please let us know, as Priority Mail services are available for an additional fee. Changes to shipping information that would void seller protection will need to follow Swappa Address Change Policy.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you have received a product that is not in the condition or functionality as described, please send us a message within 30 days, so that we can solve the issue. We offer either a refund or replacement, depending on our current inventory volume. We offer free return shipping on all purchases. Devices must be returned within 14 days of notification.
