In a few days after I first received the phone, its screen got blacked out suddenly, so I contacted the seller, who told me that the warranty would cover the repair. So, I sent it back to him, and he returned it to me after repairing the screen. The transaction was very smooth, and his communication was great. Shipping Policies
We dispatch orders via UPS or USPS, shipping on the same day or the next business day, depending on the time your order is received. We do not ship to PO Boxes or commercial addresses, doing so will result in order cancellation + cancellation fee outlined below.

For returns, start the process within 30 days of receiving the package. Note that returned items or those with incomplete addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
