Wish there was a bit more communication. And instruction for setting up new phone
The phone was shipped promptly and arrived safely in the condition originally described. When I started the process of transferring my original iPhone to the new phone, the process tried to upgrade the OS on the new phone. The OS upgrade process hung up and I had to reboot the phone. At this point the OS was corrupted. Fortunately, after several attempts, I was finally able to get the new phone in recovery mode and eventually got it to restore a fresh copy of the latest OS by connecting it to a PC. After that, I tried the migration process again with my old phone and it completed just fine. Overall, I am pleased with the transaction although the initial issue with the OS becoming corrupted via an update had me quite concerned.

Shipping Policies
We dispatch orders via UPS or USPS, typically on the same business day or the next, depending on the time your order is received. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the shipment date.
Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes, commercial addresses or freight forwarding companies. Orders placed with any of these addresses will be automatically canceled and subject to the cancellation fee outlined below.
Please verify the address on your account, as we can only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the address is incorrect, the order will be canceled. We cannot ship to a different address, and a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
Return & Refund Policies

For returns, start the process within 30 days of receiving the package. Note that returned items or those with incomplete addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
