Shipping Policies
We dispatch orders via UPS or USPS, shipping on the same day or the next business day, depending on the time your order is received. We do not ship to PO Boxes or commercial addresses, doing so will result in order cancellation + cancellation fee outlined below.
Return & Refund Policies
Review orders carefully, as cancellations incur a 5% fee.
For returns, start the process within 30 days of receiving the package. Note that returned items or those with incomplete addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee. To qualify for a full refund, ensure the device is returned in its original condition without iCloud locks or passwords. We're here to make your experience smooth and enjoyable!
