Phone is in as advertised condition. Took a couple of days to ship. Arrived unlocked etc. as advertised. Still had an old phone number linked to one of the eSIMs. It took me some time with Verizon customer support to get it sorted out. The phone may not have been fully factory reset properly before shipping.
The phone is exactly as described and shipped right away. A perfect sale! I would buy from them again.

Shipping Policies
We dispatch orders via UPS or USPS, typically on the same business day or the next, depending on the time your order is received. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the shipment date.
Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes, commercial addresses or freight forwarding companies. Orders placed with any of these addresses will be automatically canceled and subject to the cancellation fee outlined below.
Please verify the address on your account, as we can only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the address is incorrect, the order will be canceled. We cannot ship to a different address, and a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
Return & Refund Policies

For returns, start the process within 30 days of receiving the package. Note that returned items or those with incomplete addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
