I’d like to thank the staff here. Phone shipped. Conditions as described. A great phone. There was an anomaly with the screen and after they looked into it, I ran tests, all seemed to be ok. They still offered to refund me the full amount for the phone and return it for free…I decided not to return it and they still refunded me a small portion for the trouble. Very satisfied.

Shipping Policies
We dispatch orders via UPS or USPS, typically on the same business day or the next, depending on the time your order is received. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the shipment date.
Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes, commercial addresses or freight forwarding companies. Orders placed with any of these addresses will be automatically canceled and subject to the cancellation fee outlined below.
Please verify the address on your account, as we can only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the address is incorrect, the order will be canceled. We cannot ship to a different address, and a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
Return & Refund Policies
Review orders carefully, as cancellations incur a 5% fee.
For returns, start the process within 30 days of receiving the package. Note that returned items or those with incomplete addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
