I was desperate for a phone after breaking mine 5 days ago when I came upon this one for sale. I ordered this one at about 3:30 in the afternoon, hoping it would ship that day. I didn't expect it would. There was no mention of an order cutoff time in the ad but I asked the seller just in case. It was shipped the next day, which is when my inquiry was also responded to. I report this solely as part of the acquisition process, not as a complaint or as praise. "Just the facts, ma'am."
Order submitted Thursday at 3:30pm, shipped Friday, and it arrived Monday (I live in same state as seller, about 100 miles away.) It was well packed in a thick bubble-wrap sleeve and matched the ad description in terms of appearance and wear.

Just received. Seller did not picture or disclose the damage on the top of the phone. It’s just cosmetic but there really should have been a picture of it, they are multiple deep chips into the base of the phone. Great condition otherwise but definitely shady not to disclose or provide pictures of the top of the phone where the most damage is. Looks like it was dropped HARD and had the screen replaced. The drop is so obvious, I’ll have to get a case to cover the ugly damage. Should have been marked down more. Thanks for the fast shipping, though.

Shipping Policies
We dispatch orders via UPS or USPS, typically on the same business day or the next, depending on the time your order is received. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the shipment date.
Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes, commercial addresses or freight forwarding companies. Orders placed with any of these addresses will be automatically canceled and subject to the cancellation fee outlined below.
Please verify the address on your account, as we can only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the address is incorrect, the order will be canceled. We cannot ship to a different address, and a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
