1-star review: Do not buy from rhuurman! I paid for a 128GB iPhone 14. He sent me a 64GB iPhone 12. Wrong phone entirely. Because of his incompetence I lost a customer and $100 profit. After I reported it, getting the return label was a hassle. I shipped the phone back, he confirmed he received the notice from USPS and said he would issue a prompt refund… yet here we are a week later and I still haven’t received the refund to my credit card. Absolute waste of time and money. Stay far away.

Overall positive -- quick shipping and phone is in great physical condition and working fine. The only negative is that the battery was reported in the listing to be at 94% health but shows at 90% when the phone was turned on. Not a deal breaker and I'm sure it was an honest mistake but battery health was one of the main factors in my choice of phone.
