Our orders will be mailed Next business day via USPS first class (3-5 business days from date of shipment).
Orders placed after hours or the weekend will ship on Monday via USPS.

Important Note: We can only ship to the address used in PayPal during checkout.
If an address is change is necessary or you need to cancel the order we will refund your payment minus the PayPal fees. (if applicable)
We do accept freight forwarding orders.

Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
--Damage caused by buyer of any type.
--Buyer's remorse (changed mind)

Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold.
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed.
--No password locks.
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
--IMEI matches the Swappa listing.

Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match. Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted with the carrier. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local or the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

Returns are not accepted for NEW factory sealed devices unless the items are retuned in factory sealed, undamaged, original box with matching serial numbers. This is to protect both you (the buyer) and myself (the seller) from any potential fraud and/or scam.
