Phone appaears to be in excellent condition and passes all the recommended tests. It did initially come up as "unknown" on the IMEI test page but now shows ok. Possible user error... ;)

Return & Refund Policies
- We offer a 30-day warranty that begins once the device is marked delivered.
- Warranty only applies as long as the device is in the US. This does not cover physical damage or any user mishandling that affects the usage of the device.
- Returns with no proven defect will be subject to 15% restocking fees and return shipping costs.
- Refunds typically take around 24-48 hours to be fully processed from when we confirm we received the device back.
