- We do not ship internationally nor to any US territories. We may ship certain devices with “Signature Required Upon Delivery” at our discretion.
- We are not liable for arranging special pick-up requests with the shipping carriers.

Return & Refund Policies
- We offer a 30-day warranty that begins once the device is marked delivered.
- Warranty only applies as long as the device is in the US. This does not cover physical damage or any user mishandling that affects the usage of the device.
- Returns with no proven defect will be subject to 15% restocking fees and return shipping costs.
- Refunds typically take around 24-48 hours to be fully processed from when we confirm we received the device back.
