A little slow to ship but got the item as described.
Although I have marked that I have received all items ordered there is a caveat. The phone was listed in mint condition. It arrived without a SIM card tray, therefore unusable. The seller sent a link to me of where to find a tray to replace it. In my opinion, the seller should have sent a tray to me. After all, the phone was in "mint" condition. Once I was able to set up cell service for my phone, it appears to be functioning well. I would not go out of my way to recommend the seller. I might be willing to purchase from them again, but it would not be my first choice.
Had some issues with device screen not wanting to turn on when told to, after 2 firmware updates it seemed to fix the problem also the shipment was missing OEM plug . 3 months in device screen failed "should have returned"
Phone was listed as MINT CONDITION. Phone is definitely not in mint condition. Scratches and chipped up corners, dirty ear speaker etc. I'd like to return this phone.
the phone was not in mint condition, but the seller gave partial refund back. I'm not the happiest with the sale, but I didn't want to go through trying to get another phone from the seller that was in better condition. But it was better than the seller ignoring the issues completely.
Arrived really quickly, mostly as described; a bit too much scuffing to be rated "Mint" IMO, but it works fine and the scuffs are covered by a new case.

Return & Refund Policies

- Refunds typically take around 24-48 hours to be fully processed from when we confirm we received the device back.
