Extremely poor customer service. They didn't care to reach out to let me know that my phone would be delayed by 3 days due to weather concerns. Absolutely tone deaf when it comes to customer services. Pick a different vendor, there are a ton of options.

Everything is ok so far until I open the tablet. There is a weird blue vertical line on the left of the tablet. Tried to look it up on google but no results.

Received the item in condition as promised, was a slight shipping delay because of FedEx (outside of seller's control).

Update: within a day or two of getting the device, the device was entering a boot loop upon restart (and could only be restored by clearing cache from the recovery menu). Now, barely a month later (3/8), the device cannot be started, and recovery cannot be reached. I would not classify a device that fails within a month as in "Good" condition. Device is stock.

Received a device with physical defects. "Businesses" do not need to provide photos of the actual device they are sending to you (read the descriptions carefully). Won't be buying from QSM or any other businesses on Swappa.

Defective products that fail consistently shortly outside of 30 days so they do not have to value their warranty on their shotty refurbishing. Horrible company.

The item that I received wasn't in mint condition, and I sent it back. The seller was really gracious in receiving it, but I'm not happy that they sent me the wrong product in the first place. It cost me time and effort that wouldn't have been spent if they had sent me the right device the first time.

This phone was obviously NOT "thoroughly tested by our professional technicians". It turned itself off during the initial charge, and once powered back up lost all display within 5 minutes. Seller did offer a hassle free return & I got all of my money returned within a day or two, but... it was a hassle that I shouldn't have had to go through for a phone that had been "thoroughly tested by our professional technicians."

Caveat when buying used. unable to know if internal parts was replaced. Item ended up not working, took to get repaired to find out phone refurbished. Price sold too high for refurbished (seller claim they dont sell refurbish). Buyer beware since most phones are listed used only vs refurbished.

I purchased this phone in June 22. The chip in the memory board went out on 9.20.22. To fix it would cost me as much as the phone. First and last purchase on swappa!

Item was in worse condition than expected/described- bad scratches on the screen, camera would have a fuzzy background during video, people couldn't hear me on calls. I've had a OnePlus 7 Pro before, this hadn't happened before. When I asked for a replacement device, one wasn't provided even after it being offered to me. Won't do business with this seller again, and I'm honestly skeptical of Swappa now and the quality of their choices in who they allow to sell devices on their site.
