The item listed was not in stock and i was asked to pick from getting a different color or issuing a refund. when i asked for the different color there was a longer then expected delay in communication, witch lowered my confidence in the purchase. later a refund was requested by me and the seller. If the seller could remove listings that are out of stock I would think it would improve communications and customer satisfaction.
