"Mint" 22Ultra ($449) screen broke within one month of owning. Have had Note 3 (4 years) Note 9 (5 years+) both used and bought through Sprint, dropped many times, even without protective cases, and even on hard floors (travertine tile) and never a cracked screen. Dropped this Ultra 22 while in a protective case and onto a carpeted floor, and it cracked. NEVER have I EVER had a flagship Samsung phone this fragile. Makes me believe the screen must have been replaced by something not original, but was passed off as mint. Seller blew the complaint off--as did Swappa. Swappa told me phones crack, and to prove the screen wasn't original, otherwise, have a nice day. Seller said, "Per our records, this device passed our diagnostics without any issue." Did not dispute the screen was not original, and certainly did not state that it was. I don't know how repaired phones are sold as mint, but I guess it's my problem now.
