Phone is in great condition and activated just fine on my carriers network. Thank you so much! It got here much quicker than what Samsung was projecting if I bought from them and for 100 cheaper.
Dissappointed. Ordered the Samsung Galaxy S9 and got the S9+, which normally wouldn't be a big deal, but now my case doesnt fit.
Additionally, the phone I got, the fingerprint sensor is damaged and doesn't work. Frustrating on a phone that was supposed to be in good condition.
Device condition did not meet expectations there were scrapes on the fingerprint scanner at the back of the device.

We thought we were buying a 512 Xs in good condition, but found out the seller did not actually have it in stock, even though that was what was advertised. They offered a very good condition 256 Xs and gave us a $45 dollar discount on the price, that we accepted. When we received the phone we found that the screen has multiple scratches on the screen and a non standard Apple battery in it. If we had been smarter we should have asked for pictures but we took the seller at his word that it was in very good condition. We seem to buy a phone or two a year for various reasons and will remember when some one does a bait and switch it is most of the time for their advantage and we should have just cancelled the sale.

"UPDATED" Well after receiving another phone and debating on leaving this feedback I decided I didn't want another buyer to have the same issues. The new phone had bent charging port pins (used the charger seller supplied). Screen is not working correctly and misses many inputs and low sensitivity, this causes it to randomly lock while using. Only thing I can figure was this was a repaired phone and done incorrectly. I had to have a phone so I am dealing with it but won't use this seller again and on the fence about swappa (after years of purchases). "ORIGINAL FEEDBACK" Was not the same phone as pictured and had a cracked screen, working with seller now.

Return & Refund Policies

- Returns with no proven defect will be subject to 15% restocking fees and return shipping costs.
