Seller sold me a carrier-locked phone when it was advertised as open-market, meaning I was unable to use it whatsoever. They also refused to cooperate on a full refund and charged me for shipping both ways. Will be contesting on PayPal—DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

This was a quick and great sale. Everything was as advertised and my son thinks it's great. Battery health was 96% on the unit we received and there were no noticeable marks on the phone.
I got the phone but no charger for it!

Return & Refund Policies
- We offer a 30-day warranty that begins once the device is marked delivered.
- Warranty only applies as long as the device is in the US. This does not cover physical damage or any user mishandling that affects the usage of the device.
- Returns with no proven defect will be subject to 15% restocking fees and return shipping costs.
- Refunds typically take around 24-48 hours to be fully processed from when we confirm we received the device back.
