The iPhone 12 mini I ordered shipped in a reasonable amount of time (I wasn't in a rush). The package was undamaged upon arrival, and the phone was well wrapped and protected inside the box. I ordered a phone in mint condition. All the phone's functions (camera, sound, calling) worked perfectly. The battery health was also as advertised. There was a small scratch in the top portion of the screen, though. I contacted the seller about it, and they helped me resolve that. There was some delay in communicating with the seller, but overall this was a positive experience. I would definitely order from this seller again.
