I wish the device had been inspected properly before shipping. Not sure how it could be a "mix up" when there were black blotches on the screen as even a "fair" condition phone wouldn't be sold like that. Return/ refund process was simple enough though, so the seller made it right.
Shipping was a lot slower than i hoped but over all good phone

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $15
UPS 2nd Day Air - $30
UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day) - $50

Return & Refund Policies

If you need to return a phone, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
